• USPS Proposes To Increase Price of Stamps to 49 Cents

The United States Post Office is proposing a 3-cent price increase on the cost of their stamps to be effective January 26, 2014. This would bring the cost of first-class stamps to 49 cents. USPS also proposed increases for letters weighing more than an ounce, postcards as well as international mailings. The increase must be approved by the independent Postal Regulatory Commission. Stay tuned for any updates regarding this proposed increase.
